It is a horrible thing to go through – you feel like dying and you just have to wait for it to pass. Many people try to eat more organically. However, in some cases it might be detrimental for your health. Milk that is not processed might lead to salmonella infections, listeria or Ecsherichia Coli.

The FDA says to cook the steak at 145 degrees Fahrenheit in order to be safer and when it comes to ground beef the temperature should be 160.If you don’t you risk consuming E.Coli which is horrible for the body.

Fresh fish is the best. If not then it should best be avoided. Otherwise you are risking getting scombroid poisoning if it hasn’t been stored properly. It also depends what the fish you are consuming has eaten. The best decision is to only get fish from places which are serving the best quality.

Many people already know that they should be careful with their consumption of chicken. If it is raw when eaten, you are risking getting salmonella which is a terrible illness that might send you to the hospital. In case you haven’t washed your hands in the right way you can spread it.
