If you have diabetes you might know to avoid sugary things, but this is not the only restriction which you should be placing in order to feel better. It is full of saturated fats that can cause cardiovascular disease and diabetes. If you have already been diagnosed then it is even worse for you. There are components in the meat which make the function of the pancreas harder. There is also iron in it which can worsen the resistance to insulin.
