Most of the time, a bottle is more than one serving so you can do the math. Luckily, if you really have to consume one, there are some sugar-free options out there now, which are more suitable.

Those cans are full of sodium which would not affect your body in a positive way. Look for brands which don’t add any salt to the vegetables.
